Andrew Moore

Andrew grew up in the town of Hamilton, Massachusetts. Andrew first graduated from St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers and then followed that by attending college at Fairfield University in CT. After graduating, he moved back north and began his professional career.

Prior to joining Terra Firma, Andrew started his career in customer service while working with mutual funds at Putnam Investments. After being at Putnam for a few years, Andrew was hired as a Senior Client Associate at Morgan Stanley, First Republic and then most recently Wells Fargo. After all of his experience with larger broker dealers, Andrew wanted a change of scenery, and opted to apply to work in a smaller family office and then just recently joined our team in early 2026.

Andrew holds both his Series 7 and 63, and is actively working to obtain his Life and Health insurance licenses. These will allow Andrew to work with the firm’s clients and ensure that each client is managed with white glove service. At Terra Firma, Andrew works closely with the advisors to help bring individuals, families, and business owners structure to their financial lives and ultimately grant them peace of mind in everyday lives. Outside of work Andrew likes to try and stay active, whether that be on the golf course or at the local hockey rink. Andrew also enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends and pets!
