Joel Silloway, CFP^®

Joel Silloway grew up in Springfield, Massachusetts and commenced his career in Boston. Fortune called in 2020 and he relocated to Manchester, New Hampshire where he and his wife started raising their family. Now they have two young girls which are their pride and joy.

Before joining Terra Firma, Joel started his career in operations. With his educational background, he moved into a trainer role for a boutique Broker Dealer. His earlier career as an educator continues to shape how he works with clients by focusing on clarity, patience and thoughtful communication to help build their secure financial future. After moving to New Hampshire, Joel joined an independent firm as a Financial Advisor working with all five components of the financial game plan.

Joel has earned the prestigious CFP® designation and holds his Series 7, 66 along with Life and Health insurance licenses. These allow Joel to work with his client in a holistic manner covering both aspects of risk and safety required in a true financial plan. At Terra Firma, Joel works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to bring structure resulting in peace of mind in their financial lives. His style is straightforward and relationship-driven, built on a desire to help people make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys every moment he can with his family and stays active in the local music scene. Joel reaches the zenith of his popularity at cookouts when he whips up his famous smoked pulled pork. He’s proud to call New Hampshire home and values being part of a firm that shares his focus on family, community, and helping others.
